Product Introduction

FL air classifier is a precision dry powder classification equipment that adopts a vertical classification structure, powered by compressed air, and utilizes the difference between centrifugal force and air buoyancy to achieve accurate classification and grading of powder materials. The equipment integrates grading, conveying, and dust removal into one, with full negative pressure closed operation throughout the process. The grading particle size is continuously adjustable, easy to operate, and stable to run. It can operate independently or be linked with various grinding equipment to form a closed-loop system, suitable for various fine powder processing scenarios.

Applicable materials

Suitable for fine grading of various dry powder materials, including minerals (calcium carbonate, kaolin, talc, quartz powder), chemical raw materials (pigments, resins, carbon black), pharmaceuticals and pesticides, food and health products, abrasives, ceramic raw materials, new energy materials, etc. It is not suitable for materials with high viscosity, easy agglomeration, and high moisture content.
